Can someone guide me through a

Steering wheel write up. Im not going to use a wheel puller. Actually its for my friends 91rex. He has an aftermarket steering wheel and adapter and is a very impatiant bitch.

take the main bolt off from the middle...and then very carefully hit the steering wheel with a rubber mallet from behind as to push it towards you, it will come off.

after the center cap is out and the nut is off, I ususally just grab both sides (say the 10oclock and 2 oclock positions) and jerk back hard on the wheel a couple of times.

I am with Icemark on this. Just grab it, and pull like theres no tomorrow. If its the first time its been off, it will take that much effort.

To avoid possibly breaking your nose or losing a couple of teeth, keep the nut on a few threads and then pull like mad.
