ok my car will not hold an idle and a lot of people say vaccum leak (done air pump removal, acv removal, cruise removal, and TB mod).. so this is what ive done lately
1. ok i removed my ACV and air pump and made a blockoff plate... the two nipples pointed in red are capped off... i shoved tees in the hoses (yellow) that went to the nipples... was that right? or do i need to leave something open and not capped off?
2. ok here i removed the sub zero part and made a block off plate for it (circled in blue)... and i also removed the cruise control which has a yellow arrow pointing to the nipple a vac line went too... was i supposed to block this off as well?
3. after removing the air pump do i do anything with the lines hightlighted in blue and yellow? or leave them alone
4. what does this screw adjust on the back side of the throttle body facing the firewall? do i need to adjust it after the TB mod?
5. doing the TB mod i took the coolat hose (yellow line) in this pic coming off the BAC (in blue) and looped it to the hose in the next pic.. the hose in the next pic goes under the intake manifold and was impossible to get out for me so should i have looped them?

The one going through the BAC is a coolant line. It goes from the back of the water pump, to the BAC, then i believe it went to the back of the throttle body to the thermowax thing. (can't remember, my car is not stock)
Leave the screw alone. To adjust your idle, you need to adjust the screw on the very top of the throttle body. There is a screw under a black rubber cover. The factory service manual and I believe the Haynes manual both show how to adjust the idle. Its not that hard to do, but don't just turn the screw, you have to jump the initial set coupler first.

Oh, there shouldn't be any lines that are not connected to anything on one end. If it is installed, its connected at both ends. If not, remove it and cap off where both ends of the line were connected.
if you look on the first pic you posted. on the acv blockoff plate, on the right side i can see the rubber gasket. are you the air is not getting by right there, might want to check that out.
