Can this iron be fixed?

So two parts on my front iron broke. The top left stud ear for the water pump and the stud right above where the water inlet and outlet passages are. Here's a pic for reference

Can this be fixed? I know the ear can be welded back on, but where the passages are is what I'm worried about. Can that be filled and finishes with something? Or does it have to be replaced??

The short and easy answer is no. It can't be fixed on the engine. It could be fixed if removed but the cost to do so would quite easily exceed the cost of a used iron.
