Can I Use All Bur9eq Plugs??

Talking Can I Use All Bur9eq Plugs??

Can I use all bur9eq's in my car?? It's a bone stock 87 sports 13b n/a. What are the advantages and disadvantages to this?? Does anything have to be adjusted for this to work right??

There's no real advantage for running all 9s (9 is the colder plug) for a NA. Most TII's that are lightly modded will run all 9s to help prevent against detonation. So unless your timing is awefully advanced, I wouldn't see a real need for it.

you should use both NGK BUR9EQ and BUR7EQ. You can use just 9EQ, and no you won't need to adjust anything. But using both is best.

I have an 87 base and for awhile i ran all 9EQ's and it really didn't make much of a difference, i guess.

I run all 9s in my car b/c the local parts store only stocks the 9s and not the 7s. Don't know why, but I can get new plugs anytime this way.

Car runs, starts fine.
