Arrow Can I swap a non-tilt steering column for a tilt?

As the title states. I have a '89 gtu w/ a really bad ignition assembly and I want to get it replaced. Additionally I never liked the positioning of my stock non adjustable steering wheel. Can i swap a complete tilt steering/ignition column from one fc into one that did not have it.

Or alternatively can the fixed column be adjusted upon installation. I hope this is clear.

yes, no mods required. Even the column surround is the same. FWIW, I have a tilt column for sale.
