Can anyone identify my FC's apparently factory ducktail spoiler?

So the FC I just bought has an awesome ducktail~ish styled spoiler. I've been told that a small handful of FC's (around 1000?) came with this factory. After not finding anything at all online anywhere I'm more inclined to believe that that claim is bullshit, but the spoiler appears to be steel perfectly moulded to the body as if it was always there.

It is plenty strong for me to sit on and probably even stand on, and is definitely not fibreglass. If it is therefore steel, as it appears to be, someone did a BLOODY good job of fabricating the thing and attaching it to the shell. Does anyone know anything more? BTW I'm in New Zealand and the car is ex Japan I believe.

it's a factory spoiler that someone chopped down to remove the feet and moulded to the body.

the turbo spoiler closely resembles it, not sure why he went through all the trouble with the high-rise sport spoiler.
