Can the 5th and 6th ports be open too much?

I have an s4 NA and have removed the 5th and 6th port actuators. I currently have them wired open, all the way to stop.

The actuators do not let them open quite that far. Is this ok or might the ports be "over opened" and partially closed?

I dont care about low end torque. On the track the car is never below 4000 RPM.
