Calling Mazdatrix SS Clutch Line Users

Hey all, I just got around to installing my Mazdatrix SS clutch line. But I noticed that the slave end of the line is flared(the stock one is flat) and the threads are .220 inches longer than the stock line.

Does this sound like the hoses that everyone out there got?

When I tightend mine the bolt collar(the part you put the wrench on) wouldn't even make contact with the slave cylinder. I am sure that I can just get some washers but I would think that these hoses shouldn't need anything like that.

I am trying to remember if there was a copper crush washer on there or not. I can look at it when I get home.

there wasn't a crush washer on mine. I installed it about a month ago. Altough I tightened it while out of the car.

I'm battling a muchy pedal right now. I think the sop called "New master cylinder" was just the fucktards spray painting it black and charging me.

The damn pedal goes 2/3 to the floor before working.

I will put up some pics later,
I can say that the old line protrudes into the slave cylinder 0.460" the new one protrueds 0.650"
I also found that the other end of the new line is wrong as well, it won't fit into the bracket. The head is 0.665" and the new hose end 0.685".
I am now sure that I am going to have a call Mazdatrix cuz it looks like they sent me the wrong one. There is no way that a hose like this should have to be modified to fit.
If the below pics don't work, just add a space infront of the URL and hit enter and they should work.

pic one

pic two

pic three

yup super bled. Did it like 2 times.
Once with old NA engine and twice with TII engine.

I'm thinking it's a bad master cylinder

Yo Bingo what's up? not tt you in a while.

I ordered from Nopi about two months ago when Rotary Racer and I swapped out my na drivetrain for a turbo drivetrain. Nopi called me I think 3 days later and said that not only are they out of stock but they can't get the master or slaves for FCs anymore.

Sucks cuz that was the best price out there! Good thing acron boi errr I mean MtnRacer had some leftover from when we did his GTUs -TII swap and he hooked me up! I did earn it thou laying in acorns and gear oil for three days in a row getting bitten by spiders! lol
