a/c removed, pulley delete?
used the search feature and didn't find any answer. read a post asking this but there was no reply...
as stated, a/c has been sent to hell, never to return. can i delete the pulley and use the metal ring on the e-shaft pulley assembly as a spacer? a rough measurement shows the a/c pulley is 2mm thick and the ring is about 2.5-3mm (only have a tape, no calipers). i can't imagine a .5mm-ish difference is enough to totally throw the belt when you take into consideration the distance from one pulley to the next. it would be nice to leave off the biggest pulley of the lot since its of no use.
