a/c pump mounting bolts

umm, yeah is there any special trick to getting the bottom ones off? because im thinking that nothing short of jesus coming down and doing it for me is going to work. i cant fit anything on it.

as a matter of fact he was at my house this past weekend taking mine off anyways I got it off rather easily with my 1/4" ratchet. I believe the bolt is a 10 or 12mm but I'm sure you already know that.

I used Gear-wrenches on mine. I couldn't find my 1/4 drive shortwell socket at the time

well tomorrow i shall conquer the evil bolts. one more question if i take the pump and hoses off i can cap the lines off at the firewall and be able to just throw them back on if i want to right?

I had to remove the battery.

Removing the PS pump will help, but is not necessary if you have a LOT of patience. That said. If I have to remove the AC again, I will remove the PS first.

good point blktop I did remove my battery to pull the compressor out from the front.

yeah the ps pump and battery and everything else in the fron of the engine bay is off at the moment. needle bearing fun time. but i was too busy/lazy to do it today but tomorrow ill get on it.
