OK A/c

I have a 1988 Convertible RX7 and the A/C clutch isn't engaging. I replaced the A/C control module in the dash. I even put a jumper wire on the clutch to give it 12 volts and it worked. So I know that it's ok. Is there a fuse anywhere or a relay I can check?

Get an FSM and follow the wiring diagram.

also might want to replace the pressure sensor, or check to see if it's working/connected/there...

You can check the fuse panel-https://www.rx7club.com/attachment.p...hmentid=219918 Room fuse blown will keep it from working.

You should try jumping across the switch on/near the drier-it has a low pressure cut-out function. Pull the plug and jump between the terminals on that plug. If you jump across plug and the compressor runs, you are low on refrigerant.

There is a main relay up in front just behind the bumper-look in the FSM for the location but it should be the closest relay to the hood release latch on the driver side.

BTW, Welcome to the board- Are you Proud to Be An Okie From Muskogee?

+1, probably low/no charge. Get a set of A/C gauges and hook them up, usually ~20psi is the limit for the low pressure switch.
