Buying a jspec and rebuilding it

I'm doing a S5 turbo swap over the year. I found a fairly good deal on a jspec engine. Yes, don't flame me, I won't be throwing it in and waiting for the bomb to blow. I plan on buying it to use as my core for a rebuild. I plan on buying all the parts needed for a rebuild myself hoping i save money along the way and having a professional nearby do the work for less. I plan on getting a master rebuild kit from atkins ( does anyone have good experiences with their seals?) and buying new rotor housings. Why would I buy new housings if i have a good jspec core? Well if I'm going to "rebuild" the engine, might as well put in some brand new parts to extend the life of the "new" motor.

Where can i get the best deals on new rotor housings? Thanks.
