Cut it out in pieces with a hachsaw. Not the most elegant method but it will work. make sure the fitting is polished with emery cloth before new bushings are installed.

Whenever I replace bushings I always just burn the old ones off with a propane torch. Let it sit on it until the bushing catches on fire, then let it burn. I will all turn to ash and be able to be wire-brushed away easily. If you do not let it burn completely, Ive found that it just gets gummy and sticks to the bolt.

If i follow what you are saying, the bolt is stuck to the metal sleeve inside the DTSS bushing. So the rubber part of the bushing plus the inner metal sleeve came out when you pulled the bolt off the hub? if that is the case you will need to press the bolt out of the inner metal sleeve using either a vice or a real press (a la normal bushing removal/install). If i misread your post ignore this completely

No you read the post correctly i beleive.....but using a vise or a press is still gonna be hard to get the rubber/metal sleeve off
