Is there a way i could check if my seals are bad!
everyday in th emorning i see a lot of white smoke comig out!
Im scare! And i dont know where to start!

Yes it does mean that it is time for a rebuild. You can continue to drive the car until the coolant leak get to large that it floods the combustion chamber completely and will not run at all. The down side to doing this is that you have a tendency to overheat due to lower than normal coolant levels, consistently overheating the engine will cause warpage of the engine components making the engine unuseable and unrebuildable.
