building of a drift/lapping car
I figured Id let you guys in on my project sooner or later.
I picked this car up for $1500 wrecked. SO it looks like crap but that doesnt matter in a real car! right??
Ill just put picks of the interior for now. I still am trying to finish my FMIC. Then its on to the turbo and exhaust.
Boy with the E11 in it sure cuts the crap with all this fuel nonsense. two steps away from my achievable 400 HP goal.
The car has been rewired completely so I think it looks cleaner than it did before.

Yeah I dont have any picks now with all the wiring done. I still need to get the sound deading out.
Well the only big expenses are a cusco and my turbos. Im going to run something similar to, I think its a spec something. They sell a twin turbo kit. Big money but so is a BB T04.
THe car already has GC coil over, GC camber plates, Koni yellows. The E11 is running but not fully tuned becuase my FMIC isnt complete. But that is a Spearco core.
Really the turbos will be the only real pain in the ***.
fuel pump, bronze clutch, lightened flywheel. That doesnt take much. But Im trying to juggle between 2 cars.
I guess I can take new pictures later tomorow. One with all the junk out of the car. =)
Yes driftsession. Im gonna smoke tires all day. The NA just isnt cutting it. I need POWER. or aleast a broader power band. OH a working LSD wouldnt hurt, but the torsen will help.

The switches are for headlights, corner winkers, parking lights, back ups, ign, wipers.. Maybe I need 1 for NOS too???????
Yeah I know about the need for a better diff. The viscous stinks. But the quicker I can get this turbo off, the quicker I can put it on my NA. Im gonna try and kill 2 birds with one stone.
Im putting a torsen in my NA so I can still beat on that car.
Oh this car is a 90 TII. I wish I could have a greater purpose for the car but here in Hawaii the circuit racing scene sucks. So theres only autoX and driftsession. I definetly think 400HP is overkill for autoX. Sometimes I really miss WA. They have a real track. soooo jealous
