broken starter motor

my starter motors broken. can i use a starter motor from another car, if so what models??

All years of TII starters are interchangeable.. It stands to reason that the N/A ones would follow suit.

I dont think you can cross them up though (N/A starter on a TII motor).

what's wrong with it? You can usually get them rewound/rebuild for under 80$

I heard NA starters can work if you just swap the gear pinion on it. Theres a thread about it on TeamFC3S...
