Broken shifter block, how to replace?

guys I have a transmission with a broken shifter block. There was a crack in it and now a whole corner of it is missing. I cant get the car into first or second. I will remove the tranny or lower it but is the block removable and replaceable?

Take that Roll pin out as certifiednut suggested, you'll have a tough time getting it off (i did)
and i think there was another bolted plate on the other side, take that out too, and hammer away so the pin drops out

I have plenty of parts. I just want to know an easy way to remove and replace that peice, or the shifter part itself. I can remove the four bolts that face upward and try to pull the whole unit up and off but that rod wont let me out.

do you have an hammer puller? like the one that the paint shops use? Maybe you can insert the screwn inside the pin and then use the puller to get it out. I removed mine 3 years ago and really I dont remember what method I used.
