Broken rear hatch bolt - fixable?

I have found a wiperless rear hatch for sale but it has one of four bolts that bolt top of the hatch to the body broken. Is it possible to fix it? They are molded into the the hatch frame. I don't want to buy it, then try to fix it and realize it is impossible. You can see the two bolts on the bottom of the picture of which one is broken.
P.s. i tried using search but nothing came out of it.

Is that the hatch you are looking to buy? I see a wiper, so I'm partially confused.

Just use a hinge from the hatch you have on the car now.

This photo is just for reference to understand what bolts I am talking about.

The hinge is fine. One of the two bolts that are integrated into hatch frame is broken.

It's definitely fixable. Although I'd take it to someone more professional than me.

if it bolts the hinge to the hatch then you'd have to drill out that broken piece,re tap it then install another bolt.
If it is one of the 2 studs that you can see in the pic that you supplied of the hinge, then just cut the broken one off and drill the thing it and use another bolt that threads into the car body.
I "think" that those 2 studs are pressed in and tack welded onto the hinge.

You could possibly even get by with the missing stud, although the hatch is heavy and it may get out of alignment if that hinge slips its alignment. I think Styx is right about the studs being pressed in and tack welded to that mounting plate, so it wouldn't be too hard to drill out, the problem is how to get a new bolt in. The mounting plate/boss might have to be cut off, the new bolt inserted from the back, and then weld the piece back on, which of course is a lot more work, if correct.
