Did you break the part that is bolted on top that the cap goes on or did you break the longer neck under it that covers the thermostat? Either way... you can replace them both with relative ease.

ha yea it is! Are those all just precautionary grounds to the top of the intake manifold? If you ask me, it seems like a little over kill. Goodluck on the nipple replacement.... hah, never thought i'd ever be saying that.

That is a grounding kit.

He probably broke the plastic thing that bolts on, you need a replacement and the o-ring for it.

Just make a block-off plate and block it off (that's what I did cuz' I couldn't find a used one and I couldn't wait for a new one).

i do believe he means the whole housing cracked if it is on an S5 model(could be a generic picture), since it is plastic after all. all you can do is replace the whole thing, there is no repair you can do to it that is safe or reliable.

unless you are just referring to the filler housing, go to the dealership and pick up an FD filler housing as it is aluminum and only costs about $30 and will eliminate the same from happening later down the road.

Wink Fixed!

well after not wanting to wait on shipping and Shopping at the Scrap Yard.
I came home and Relized i had stuff to fix the Problem. Right in front of my Litrally.
I took the Cap off the Top and the Cap Housing, and Removed the Bottum Rubber of the Cap.
I then Found some scrap metail laying around and it went Somthing like this.

I put silicon over the fill hole, And put the small Rubber peace over it.
Then aplyd Silicon over the Top of the cap Rubber, then Put on the Scrap Metail.
After all that I put on the Cap housing over it to Hold it inplace.
Looks somthing like this

I testid it.
The line Holds Great Pressher with no Leaks.
Sorry about the typo's little over workd
