That was going to be my next question.Exhaust. i currently have custom 3" straight Y-pipe with racing beat headers. The guy i bought it from made the exhaust himself so there is holes in it. I dont like the racing beat exhaust tone,it is just to high pitched.Suggestions?
You'll need a decent long tube header with runners of about 2 1/8 to 2 1/4 that merges back as far as possible to a 2.75" pipe. The problem is that if you run typical mufflers, they will totally choke the engine due to backpressure. You need to run open straight through mufflers or resonators, in which case the car will be very, very loud.
Turbo bridgeports don't have this issue because the turbo quiets the exhaust down quite a lot.

3" is way to big for an NA.

3" is like blowing into hallway...No velocity.
Interestingly, the best exhaust for the NA bridgeported rotary is something like fully divided headers with a 2 1/4 diameter roughly 14" long fed into a megaphone starting at 3" and ending at 4" over a distance of 10 inches. As you can imagine, this is louder then anything you have heard before and totally unsuitable for the street. However what this does demonstrate is the need for a wildly ported high overlap engine to breath.
You're going to want a medium length header with a 2" or so diameter, then a straight pipe of just less then 3" going to the rear of the car. Any mufflers need to be a straight through type, and you're going to need a resonator or two to keep the sound level sane. Even then it's going to be loud and sound like a chainsaw.
Is this a serious question?
A few thousand to rebuild the engine, $1000 for a standalone including wiring, another $1000 for a custom intake, figure $500-$800 for an exhaust system, and another $1000 on misc stuff.

[QUOTE=Aaron Cake;7382664]If you think it's loud now, then prepare to be surprised.

alright, the road race r.b. headers good? thats what i have now.I think the diameter on them is 2 1/4",not sure.
