Other than the obvious things like some of the non important things being worn, what is the advantage to a brand brand new motor over a Mazda reman? When I went to mazda to get a special hose, there was a s6 rx7 getting a new remaned engine installed. He told me it was 3200 installed. At the time I thought that was a great deal, but I install all my own engines. I should have asked if you still get the warrantee if you install it yourself. And also the price for the engine alone.

 

Hey, I just saw this thread. Congrats on getting the motor, I know you posted in my thread for the sale of it, and I was hoping you had pics of it going into the car which is awesome.
