brakes squeaking

One of my brakes is squeaking, while driving. No pressure applied to the break pedal and they squeak. It sounds like the rear passenger side. Am I going to need to rebuild my calipers or can this be solved another way. Also none of my rear brake pads have that clip in them like the fronts do.

Check that the wear indicator is not touching the rotor.
Failing that, clean your pads, caliper contact patches, and caliper mounting pins and then lubricate with brake grease.
It does sound like the caliper might be sticking, though.... srpings are supposed to be installed, and might also help, but you might wind up needing to replace the caliper. Try the above first, its cheap, fast, and easy.

Thanks, I guess I should try the easier things before jumping to a conclusion. It only squeaks at certain speeds so I'm not sure if the piston is sticking.
