TX Brake pressure very HARD!!

I finally got finished with my TII conversion/Rebuild and took my car out for a spin. And I noticed that the brakes were extremely hard and don't stop the car the way they should. I didn't mess with the brakes at all, so what could have caused this and how can I fix it ?

vac line to the brake booster / master cylinder? there is a one way check valve in that line, you possibly have installed the line backwards?

Never mind fellas!! I guess when I capped all the vacuum nipples I forgot about leaving one open for brake booster.

My first thought would be to check your brake booster vacuum lines.
