brake caliper question
Hello... I have a 91 convertible and it appears I have 4 piston calipers on the front and single piston on the rear. I was wondering if anyone has replaced the rear with the 4 piston calipers ? Thanks

The mystery of the prize.
If I remember correctly the rear calipers are not aluminum either, theres probably an unsprung weight advantage to the aluminum 4 pot calipers.
However you won't have parking brake facilities with the front calipers on the rear. Wilwood makes a lightweight mechanical caliper for parking brake usage which you could probably make work.
I have wilwood 4 pot calipers all around on my fiero with the mechanical parking brake calipers on the rear, it's a nice setup.
