doesn't really matter. Do you have a fmic or stock??? If its stock its probably a lot easier putting it next to the turbo!

ahhh well mine is right after the intercooler going to the tb. I've seen some that are next to the compressor and some that is close to the tb. I've read on alot of differant threads that it doesn't matter where you place your bov.

As close to the throttle body as possible. That way, the turbo doesn't have to re-fill the entire intercooler and piping after the BOV vents.

Some people also think that by putting the BOV close to the turbo, you can get the pressure off the turbo sooner and prevent slapback as the BOV closes when you get on it again.

Also, by putting it before the IC, you can take advantage of the slight bit of pressure drop across the IC in that pressure rushing pack will be retarded somwhat by the IC (but not very much is you have a good IC!!!)

I've read experiences of people with blitz bovs leaking. That might be your problem. I almost bought a blitz one but changed my mind after reading that.

Exactly...for fitment and aesthetics, this generally works out to about 10-12 inches from the TB and on a straight pipe...

I never had a problem with my blitz SS. But before i put it on, I took it completely apart and cleaned everything. Yours may have flutter from being dirty. Since it is a push type piston BOV, it may have a little difficulty opening. Check that out.
