Bov

ok heres the deal i bought an hks ssqv blow off valve a few years back
the instructions showed me which lines to plug and switch and how to mount it to the wheel well or fender well (either way you want to say it)
then some friends bring up a good point and show me all these pics of cars who have theirs mounted on or in the intercooler pipe
then another says off of the intake pipe
what is the best location and why??????
please feel free to give input

I balive it should be betwen the compressor and the intercooler. You will need to cut a circle in your pipein and weld a flange onto it for your BOV and then bolt your BOF onto the flange for it and run the VAC line from the T that the boost presure sensor is hooked up to.

Your BOV works off sprint rate right? b.c it would have to be bolted to the piping to get the presure to surge open. So I am a bit confused on that.

Probably want it on the charge pipe between the IC and the throttle body if you can. If its stock then theres no room so just between the compressor and IC is fine.

What the hell are you trying to say...mount it on the wheel well or intake pipe???!?
