Thumbs up Bought a new project car, 89 GXL w/unfinished swap

Have been looking for a T2 to fix up, found a car that looked like it deserved to be finished. While not a T2 I will be happy with it once I get it all done. It is a 89 GXL with a partially done S5 engine and transmission JDM swap. The engine and tranny are in the car but I may be pulling the engine to see what could end up as a bad surprise down the road. Already has N370 sensors, parts to make a driveshaft in the car. Don't know why the person who started the swap did not finish it but I am sure I will discover that haha. It came with a giant FMIC and 2.5" piping. Haven't had much chance to work on it yet but here are my plans:

Get driveshaft made (have the front 1/4 of a T2 shaft and entire NA shaft already).
Walbro 255 + a nice FPR
Ordering a full set of gauges, wideband, boost, water temp, oil pressure and temp, fuel pressure.
Corksport or RB turbo back exhaust, can't decide which.
Possibly install the huge FMIC or get a smaller one.
Full wiring checkover.
Complete tuneup, plugs, all fluids, PD replacement. All hoses/belts replaced.
Almost forgot the T2 throttle cable.

It needs a little body work and a paint job but overall it is in better shape than my other 7. At the moment I am planning on running stock boost as I assume it is a non rebuilt jdm engine. At last, the pics....these came from the previous owner, haven't had a chance to take any yet myself.
