Well if you mean that you smoke while holding the throttle to 7k RPM, it could be a blown coolant seal among other things. Is the smoke pure white and sweet smelling, or is it blue-ish?

if you took out your cats at the same time it's likely that you have an oil control ring problem or a worn turbo...if the smoke isn't too severe the cats, when installed, can prevent you from noticing it.

hmmm maybe you should be watching your tach instead of spooning at 7k :d j/k

White smoke is a sign of coolant. I'd be careful. It could mean your engine is getting ready to go.

Was he the big spoon or the little spoon? Lubricated condoms might help with the smoke.
