Bought another FC today
I now own two great s4's. One sapphire blue metallic S4 GX (ported engine, full exhaust, and intake), and then today's purchase:
1987 TII. 110K miles, White, never had an accident, perfect paint, good tires and rims. ABS unit that doesn't leak, and every option, including headlight washers, except for a/c. Car is completely stock (I prefer to buy cars unmolested so that I always know their mod history).
The bad: It wasn't running, the sunroof doesn't open (tracks must need greasing/replacing), and the fuel gauge doesn't work.
So... after transferring ownership, I cracked the hood and puller the plugs, cleaned them off, blew out the gas, added some 20W50, and then went and cranked it. It started right up, and ran perfectly, save a misadjusted tps, which I soon fixed.
The owner had flooded it by starting it, driving it two inches, and then shutting it off while it was still in warm-up mode.
The best part: I got it for $1400 US.
Look for a few mods coming very soon, including full exhaust, rebuild with porting, a set of JIC coilovers, and a turbo upgrade, possibly a TO4s. (undecided on EMS).
I'll keep you updated.

good work man. It's funny
When i got my car 800$, it wouldnt run. the guy told me it was going to be something around 2000$ to fix (he thought it was a blown motor)
well, she would turn over, but wouldnt start, so after i got the title, i changed the plugs and wires (in his parking lot) and BAM! she started right up.. you should have seen the look on his face as i let it sit there and clear the smoke... the car was just extreamly flooded, and had been sitting for 6-8 months. Oh well, drove off (lived 10 min from him)
I couldnt go over 40 because the tires were dryrott and had flat spots, so when i got home, put her on jack stands, and gave her a full tune up!
all this 2 years ago. I got 40,000 miles out of her (on top of 173k) before she just quit one morning.. car since has new engine.. and lot's of other 'stuff'
GOod luck man
Rotary forever..
