boucing idle
Im having a weird problem with my idle. When i start the car up when its cold, it goes up to about 3k, then drops down to 0. after its warmed up a little, it drops down to about 2k, and idles okay, but after its warmed up, or i rev it a little, it starts bouncing +/- 1000 or so rpm, and when i push in the clutch, it drops down to 0 sometimes and stalls. its not the thermowax or anything, because it was doing this before and after i bypassed it. could it be the BAC? how do you adjust it?

There is a screw on the BAC. Turn it and see if it improves things. 1000RPM is a pretty big bounce. I had mine adjusted completely wrong and it was ~100rpm bounce. Maybe a vacume leak.
That said, I wonder why it dies when you put the clutch in?
