bottoming out

Some guy was blocking the exit from the gas station, so I went around him down what I thought was a small curb. Well, the curb was a little higher than I thought and it hit the under side of my '90 GXL. Is it likely that I broke anything or bent the frame or anything?

does it still feel like it drives right? crawl underneath and take a look...it should be ok, especially at that low of a speed. as long as you don't find any puddles under it, i'd say she's ok.

the most it probably did was scrape your exhaust or possibly put a dent in your exhaust pipe. but i dont think it wouldve bent the frame

When I got my GXL it looked like someone bottomed it out or put the jack in the wrong place. That piece of metal next to the fender below the car is what was hit on my car, took a mini-sledge and pounded them strait, looks much better now!
