the way the Y pipe came, the one side was separate and came with a clamp. weld > clamp

I had a borla on my '88 Gxl back in the day. GREAT exhaust!

 

i got mine 490 shipped from summit racing.. jc whitney is cheaper only they were on back order.. so i paid a few more bucka and had it 3 days later.. i love mine only . since i have the bonez hi flo cat.. i think its a few inches shorter. and they barely clear my bumper. i can get a video of mine if someone will be willing to host it

 

i got mine from summit about a year ago, believe it was about 450, can't remember. got it a day and half after i ordered it though

the clamp is sufficient, haven't had any leaks from it.
