I plan on putting a few preformence goodies on my 1987 FC TII and was wondering if there is any thing you can do to strengthin the internals to hold more boost safely. i plan on running aprox. 15-17 psi max from a t4 trubo through a high flow frontmount intercooler.

what kind of numbers you looking for?? 400WHP is obtained by someone on the site but its DEF> not form the stock S4 turbo..

and thats to much boost for the stock turbo..

 

You can have the motor ported, doweled, and all those goodies if you like, but my opinion is that if you have a safe tune your engine wont need all that stuff.
