How much more HP is gained from running at 8psi to 10psi on a street port s5 motor?

is it safe to run at 10psi on the stock setup?

15 psi on the stock fuel system is not safe at all. The stock turbo is only good to around 12 psi. Any higher than that, and its just blowing hot air. Also 10 psi seems to be the most that the stock intercooler can handle, so watch your intake temps. Some would say that 10 psi with an upgraded fuel pump would be okay, but I feel that the injector duty cycles on the stock 550's may be a bit high. I would say get yourself some 720 secondaries, a fuel pump, and some type of fuel controller and tune it all on a dyno. If you havent already rewire the fuel pump to make sure it gets proper voltage.
