boost leak in my supercharger

i bought my rx7 about six months ago and it came with a supercharger and has never boosted right it says 4psi but doesn't feel like ****
any one know what could be wrong and who could fix it

What RPM do you see 4psi at? Does it stay at 4psi from a certain RPM and higher? It's either belt-slip, or there's leaks in the hoses (check all the clamps/hoses for tearing/etc), or the charger could need a rebuild.
