boost issues? not electrical for sure

hey guys, so after taking out manifolds to replace o-rings and put it back together , my car is not detecting any boost/boost pressure
my boost controller doesnt detect anything and also my gauge cluster
the controller doesnt go to the usual -(negative)*psi here* and when i gas it the boost gauge doesnt not move an inch!
any idea what's going on? help out this 16yr old rotary apprentice :P
im still boosting though i can hear the turbo spool, just the gauges not detecting the boost pressure

Where is your boost sensor vacuum hose connected to? Is the electrical plug connected?
