boost Controler help

a friend gave me a HKS evs boost controller, and the part the the vac lines go to got draged by the car (thats why he gave it to me) but anyways, is their a place to get that part sepratly? thanks for the help (sorry for the grammer i am half asleep

the hard plastic lines? if so, you can get those maybe at a fish supply store, for like fish tanks and ****.
