just finished up a n/a to turbo 2 swap. the engine is good, has nice compression. i am making 7 psi at the manifold under load, but the car does not move. feels extremely laggy but once again there is boost pressure there. feels much weaker then even a stock n/a car. could the ecu be pulling timing in any way? i have a n322 ecu on there. any imput appreciated.

 

Do you have a Air Fuel Ratio gauge? You may be running lean beacuse your secondaries aren't kicking on...

A friend of mine had that problem when he first got his together. boosting but seemed slow... or not right... Ended up being the secondary fuel injector igniter/controler that mounts on the passenger side engine bay behind the headlight, beside the washer fluid tank...
