bogs at 3500rpm

ok so yeah no one has answered my ? yet and i would really appreciate the help i dont wanna take it to a shop cause no one around my area will work on a rx7 of any gen unless it has a big block in it so if anyone can help me my car at full throttle will bog down at around 3500rpms and after that if i go 1/4 throttle its fine but its still not full power and i have a non turbo 2nd gen please help if anyone can

The secondaries usually come in at around 3500, so I would check out their function. 3500 bog is a common problem and there have been several successful fixes for it. Do a search and read all of the posts.
