bodywork

I have some rust to get rid of, it is rusted all the way through just above the rear right wheel. do i need to cut it and replace it by welding a better piece of metal or are there other ways??

Rust is cancer...you MUST cut it out and replace it with another piece.

While you have it cut open, paint all exposed metal with "zero rust" paint GOOD ****!
