Wheel bearings are actually a basic maintenance item essential for the mechanical operation of your car. They should be on any list of scheduled maintenance. So check that first.
For the body:
For the body:
- Undercoating prevents rust. It is mainly good to defend against road salt. For infrequent trips on salted roads, just wash the underside of your car afterwards.
- Wash off any bugs, tree sap or bird droppings within a week (or just wash your car weekly). Bugs are the worse, and tree sap is too if you leave it in the sun. When these things dry & shrink they pull on the paint and make it rough. Use car soap only. Dish detergent is too harsh for regular use. If you get to the bugs/sap/bird droppings too late, try a clay bar or a solvent (acetone, alcohol, etc.). Immediately wash off any solvent afterwards, and reapply wax to the area.
- Wax the car every 6 months. Apply a protectant to the interior vinyl too. Zaino is good for this because it has industry rated UV protection and it stays on the longest. Otherwise try Mother's or Armorall (if you must). You may want to wash with dish detergent and clay bar or buff the car first, to keep from trapping contaminents underneath the wax. This is mostly for looks though.

Ok, then get a Haynes manual/etc. It's all in chapter 1 in the list of maintenance items. Glad to hear another person who doesn't think oil changes are all it needs.
Also, after ~100k check motor mounts, fuel pulsation dampener, DTSS, basic interior electronics (logicon, etc.), oil cooler lines. Replace the clutch whenever needed. Replace fuel PD regardless every 100k miles even if it still seems good. Dunno what else.

Inner shift boots (these are often torn and if you have exhaust leaks, the exhaust gases will find their way into the cabin and make your clothes smell like ****). That said, check for and fix exhaust leaks. Check the condition of your suspension bushings, ball joints, various boots, etc. Clean the dirt out of the water drains in the hatch, these often get clogged.
