I feel there is a decent selection. Just as many as any comparable car almost (MR2, 240sx, Talon, etc).
Of course there won't be as many as an Integra or a Camaro.
The problem I find is that most of them cost 3x what they should!!
GP Sports is the nicest one I've ever seen as well.

i also like the gp....
i question though...
the clearance space under the car scares me...
alot of the roads here in TN suck, and there always seems to be something in the road that would go under the car.....and if that is the case wouldnt that just **** up the kit....
im almost afraid to get a body kit for that reason....especially the GP sports one, cause its so damn expensive....im affraid i would put that bad boy on there and a day or two later I would go over a speed bump too fast, or hit some bottle or something in the road and bang it all up or chip the paint or something....
what do you guys think..
by the way ive never had a body kit (obviously), thats why im asking...

If you're going to put a body kit on your car, I hope it has the ***** to back it up.

Personally I like the old RE Amemiya and R-Magic kits:

Or just adding a lip and cutting a huge hole in the bumper:

Yeah I think it's a great cheaper alternative, because you still get all the increasing cooling plus I think it makes the car just look plain evil:

I agree...I love aero kits, but I love the stock look way too much to really alter it that much until I buy another FC (which I will add an aero kit to). I'd much rather add something that functions mechanically better than just looks good. Also I like to bring out the stock look with very subtle add ons like front lips and such. Even when I look for wheels I mostly try to find a wheel that looks close to stock if I don't wanna keep the wheels I have already. The FC is too beautiful to put a spoiler or wing on (with the exception of the aero kit from mazda...but still that's iffy because I just love the stock lines w/out the spoiler too much even if it DOES add downforce...there are other ways), curvy and angular all at the sametime w/out going one way or the other. Angry yet mysterious...smooth yet rough all in one package. The 7 series truly is the epitomy of car design in my book, I've thought that way since I got into cars (looooooooooooooooooong time ago)...and I don't ever see it changing. Long live the 7...

Limited selection compared to the FD that's for sure.

I was looking around for some widebody options for the FC and I found way more choices for the FD than the FC.
How do these clowns expect to make any money selling to a market of 10,000 buyers?
The even more common 1st gen cars really get the **** end as far as choice and there is like 400,000 of them in North America. I have to believe there would be a strong FC market there if there were more choices but two days of net surfing have shown limited options, all of which look too similar to each other, and the terribly overpriced Mariah offerings. 1000 Cobra replicar fabicators but nobody to build a decent set of flared fenders for a pre 93 RX7.
I am not saying that everyone should start trying to convert their early 7 to a Ferrari clone but there are way too many of these cars rotting away because people don't appreciate the stock looks any more and not enough support for customizing them. Instead there is a whole generation of people buying body kits for four door Civics and Focuses(Foci?). $.02

but considering that all those kits are from japan and you don't see them in the US, it's pretty limited... i recently bought the Rotary Magazine (from Japan) and there's LOTS of parts IN JAPAN, yet you can't get your hands on them
