new to the second gen, please help

hey i'm looking to buy an 1987 Rx-7 turbo II with 89 turbo II motor, the engine has only 30,000 miles on it. it comes with the orginal 87 engine and some other random parts i guess. the dude is asking 1900 for it. i'm a first gen guy, so i'm not sure of the value. can somebody tell me if this is a fair price, and maybe some things i should watch out for when i go look at it?

i don't know yet, i would think it would be in decent condition if the owner is bothering with an engine swap, i guess the swap isn't completed yet. his ad was a little sketchy on details.
