I think an S4 => S5 body is enough of a body kit, and hey if you have an s5 ! you already got the "looks" category done. S5's are just so sexy stock, it turns apart of me to stone.

S5 are nicer than S4`s (I have an S4 so I know), but after you upgrade to S5 moldings and bumpers you still have another common car. The only choice for me is to spice it up a little with a kit that's not too rice but makes your car different from the norm.

Bomex enhances the FC's fine body lines... Yeah, I might go for one :-)

And by the looks of your Vert- I'd say you have done well. How come the avatar is still showing the pre-painted version? Gotta update that!

I'm with you on this one.

Check out my border II replica from CorkSport, I think it looks pretty good without taking away from the cars lines.

P.S. the headlights are my own mod the kit comes ready for a stock headlight setup.

Kick *** JonE; looks badashell now that you've got it mounted and sprayed.

As per the bodykit question... it depends on the kit. GP Sports, RE-A, they just make it looksexy. The Bomex...

Different strokes for different folks; ruining the lines of a car just isn't my thing. I'll stick w/ my stock S5... maybe some CS front fenders... but I've STILL yet to see them on a car.

Is it the Corksport front fenders you are talking about? If so I want to see them in use myself. They have good prices on kits but some of their stuff is overpriced. I guess we should be happy someone still makes stuff for our 15 year old cars.

the car is sexy with or without a body kit. But if there was a stock 7 sitting next to a 7 with an FC2000 amemiya kit then, yea, amemiya it is, And it is an actual windtunnel tested kit,

I cant decide. I used to think all kits just made the car look like a bed on wheels, but the ones for the 2nd gens look good.

I never did like popup lights. I wouldn't mind a kit that replaced the lights.

Hey Jon, are those the Erubini universal mirrors w/the l.e.d.s? They look tilted upwards a bit, do they work well to see out of?

How hard are they to put on?

They are easy to see out of and I actually like the tilt now since it kind of looks like the angle of mirrors on race cars. The brand I am unsure of, they are very common mirrors found on e-bay, some are not powered, but mine are, and the adapter part that came with them was for an Audi A4. I just dremled..... (is dremeled a word?).....anyway I dremeled them down a bit to make them fit better and the only peeps that notice the slight differences in fitment are other FC nuts like me.

I think most cars look better with the stock body. I also love FD's and Supras when they dont have spoilers.

I say a good front bumper that looks a little different then stock, headlight kit and the stock spoiler. Maybe some mellow side skirts. not a big fan of things that make the car look compeltely different.

I got them from e-bay I cannot remember the name, I had to modify the Audi kit that they came with and they were up a little but I can see just fine and I actually like them better that way, the seem to resemble more of a race car mirror to me. But I am not rice, the car is slow and I admit it.....BUT Santa has a TII motor for me somewhere I am sure, I just wish he would pay for it.
