BNR turn around time

Hey guys

Just wondering does anybody here still send their turbos to bnr for rebuild/upgrades?

I sent mine like a month something 2 ago, it was signed by brian

sent 4 emails for status updates, nothing
left msg on facebook in early march, finally on mar 11th, someone online and i was told in mid march that its in line for build, proabably another week or so

Now its april, still no answers, nothing

Called the number, left msg, no answer

****, does it take that long?

I would be just as concerned as you are. I think I would attempt to call them every day until someone answers. Just doesn't make you feel good when customer service is poor.

I have sent 2 turbos to brian over the years, he does take a bit at times, but the product has always been worth the wait.

I ordered BNR twins in early January through a shop that told me they'd be ready in 3-4 weeks. Almost 10 weeks later they arrived. I don't know if the shop was late placing the order (apparently they 'forgot' to mail in some of the parts) or if BNR was just backed up. I got the wrong Y pipe too, so I'm hoping it doesn't take too long to get the correct one back from him so I can drive my car again
