BNR turbochargers
BNR turbochargers
hey guys im looking at getting the BNR stage 4 hybrid for my s4 TII. Anyone have feedback on there setup. im going to run 1000cc secondaries and looking at putting down 400 hopefully at 15psi like they said. i would go for a full t04/external wastegate setup but it gets pricey. anyone have boost creep problems, it looks like the port the wastegate out pretty big. feedback appreciated.

Hello.
You need a stand alone system with 550 primary and 1600 secondary injectors for 400 RWHP. Pretty common set up which with most all stand alones, you can get a base map pretty easily. If you chose a popular injector combo and a common EMC like the Haltech E6K it will be very user friendly especially if you find a good base map.

hey slo. i have a walrbo pump and just bought 1000cc secondaries. thats not enough fuel for 400 rwhp huh? should get another set for primaries then? my mods are below, but i have an e6k.
1000 550 isn't enough for 400 WHP @ 80% duty cycle. If I where you I would get an extra set for the primaries.
if you want to trade your 1000's for 1680's let me know. 550 1680 is good to somwhat beyond 400 WHP. It takes some extra tuning to get the transition down, but many people have done it with the E6k far more successfully then with the e8/E11. I have an E8.
For a single warlbro 400 is probably pushing it. I'm sure it can be done, but you should re-wire the pump. The OEM supra turbo pump will push a more fuel and is a better quality pump, for around $200. It is also dirrect fit.

when you say "re wire it"? what exactly did you mean. b/c i did re wire it when i installed my haltech. if your referring to new wire straight 12 volts all the time. almost all stand alones with flying lead harnesses wire like that.
re-wire the ground from the pump to either a good chassis ground, or preferably to the battery with some good size wire, like 10 gauge.
Assuming the haltechs pump supply solenoid is directly connected to the battery, that and the ground is all I'm talking about
