BNR Stage 2 Turbo Q's

Hello I just picked up this BNR stage 2 turbo, used. I noticed upon opening that it looks like oil is coming from inside the exhaust side. Will this be just fine, or will this turbo need work, because I bought it under the impression that it was good and could just bolt right on. Let me know what you think.

Not sure of exact mileage, almost zero shaft play.
Here are a few pics.

The motor it was on could have been puking oil. Honestly it doesn't look like it has many miles on it since BNR redid it, I have to doubt that there's anything wrong with the turbo.

It's difficult to know if it's just a little oil residue because someone sprayed WD-40 in it, or if it was due to the turbo's rear seal leaking / engine leaking oil.

If you remove the turbine housing, you can get a better look at the heatshield area. If it's caked in carbon deposits, the rear seal was leaking.

I agree with all of the above.

There is a pube in it, though.
