Red face Blue smoke, searched but just wanted to check

Well it started smoking a day 2 days after its tuneup. After I finished tuning up the car I drove it around and it seemed to run better and quieter (the fact that the eletrodes on the leading plugs were prety much gone probly wasnt helping it). Then I let the car sit for a day and then I went to drive around a little bit today and it seamed to sound a little outa normal.
When i come back frome driving it I smelt oil. The first thing that came to mind was, "F***, there goes my oil seals." So I rev it up to about 5000K held it, and I sware my wife came running out yelling at me that my car was on fire..... Heh I told her I could see all of it in the mirrors. Anyways I know it could be ither my oil control or side seals. what gets me is that this hapends right after I changed the oil and filter.
Its probly due for a rebuild since its got 152K miles on it. I dont drive it much because im saving up for a rebuild, but would you people think it would be ok to still drive it around the block ever other day w/out putting to much ware on the engine? And do you think me changing the oil had anything to do with this?

Thanks, AJ

It seems really low... I get around 50-60psi at idle usually. Lowest I've seen on my car at idle is little over 40psi.
