Look in the intercooler piping after the turbo for oil residue to see if the seal is bad and leaking through the compressor housing. Look into the Pcv hose and see if there’s oil after the pcv to see if the diaphragm is broken. I’m not sure if the turbo could leak oil into the turbine housing but could examine before and after the turbine housing for oil residue to determine that.
I had a lot of blue smoke before under deceleration and thought it was the turbo. It ended up being a ruptured pcv diaphragm.

No oil in the intake. Excessive blue smoke when idling. Can see oil starting to make its' way out where the dp and the turbo manifold meet.
Looks like rebuild time :-(.

it still could be the turbo, removed the turbo and manifold and see if u can see oil pooling in the bottom of the housings, that will tell u quickly if ur oil control rings are done,
if u have oil in the dp and manifold could be leaking from the turbo
