when i turn on the blower fan it makes my batt. guage drop reallll low (8volts), if left on for more than a copule secs it throws its resetable fuse (breaker). any ideas? also my high beams dont work, both of them, along with this. i thought i had a bad batter ground b/c the negative post terminal clamp was split. so i put a new neg. cable on and no go.
